It only works when you cart is completely stopped.
It will not slow down and cart . As a result when I have to stop the cart it’s not at its minimum speed.

I play once a week but the durability of the product is questionable as the clamps on the cart become very loose after each round. After having a support team advise me to replace the clamp which I followed, the problem unfortunately persisted. After a few rounds, the clamps have become loose again which caused the new rubber pads to fall apart. This actually causes more headache when I was anticipating hands-free experience. Please keep in mind that I carry my own screwdriver to tighten the clamps as well. Buyers, please be aware.

Easy and quick to set up before the round! Extremely maneuverable. We have a very steep, long path up to one of our tee boxes and the Booster V2 takes away all of the strain and effort that was required with my old manual push cart.
I have found that going up such hills, speed is key. Take it slow. Overall couldn’t be happier! An amazing product!

I have only used mine for a half dozen rounds so far, but initial impressions are quite positive. The cart is very stable, and very responsive to inputs from the controller. At first, setting the unit up for play seemed a bit fussy, but now it seems fairly quick and simple. Time will tell if I am completely satisfied, but my initial impressions are that it seems to be a very solid and well engineered unit.

4. Ease of assembly - Seriously, "even a caveman could do it" and the cart expands and collapses with ease
5. Speed of charging - couple hours maybe?
6. Operation - I've only used my unit twice so far and it is flawless. It will absolutely pay for itself as it has made walking my rounds much more relaxing and enjoyable. And it's funny how many people still "rubber-neck" if you have one of these things. It even satisfies a kid-like fascination with driving a remote-control car. LOL!
The only thing I think would make it even better was if the omni cart had a little extra storage or maybe notches to add accessories, but this is not a demerit at all. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and highly recommend!

I like to walk now that I’ve gotten older I used to carry my bag. The cart is fabulous. Remote works well six speeds. You can match your own pace my only problem and it’s a big problem is that your battery is not you L protected it’s definitely raises a concern in this day and age with these lippy and I am batteries exploding as they’re being charged you must, if you buy this product have to monitor when you are charging the battery you cannot leave it. I wouldn’t trust it as far as I could throw it very concerned about that. I think you guys for the price that you’re charging need to have a UL listed battery shipped with the Caddy Card everything is good but like I said as you are charging this battery, you have to monitor it. You can’t leave it inside the house just in case anything happens. Very concerned about that and I’m surprised that you got away with selling a product in the United States without the listed battery Back to me perhaps we can figure out how you can get your listed battery and quadruple sales

I’ve only taken it out twice, the first time I was just trying to get used to the function of the cart/remote controller. Everything worked very well most of any issues I had were with me hitting the wrong button on the remote.
The second time I took the cart out I couldn’t get the unit to respond to the remote. I had to manually push the cart around for 9 holes and it wasn’t easy. When I got home I checked
the instructions for pairing the remote with the power unit and got the remote and power unit paired again. Apparently if you remove the battery pack to charge the batteries you have to pair the remote and the power unit again for everything to work together. This wasn’t made clear in the instructions. looking back I can understand why you would have to pair the two together after removing the battery pack it just needs to be made more clear. I think that the cart and the club booster is a very good product and it was at a very good price. Now I know a little better what to do.

I really love to walk when I play, and prefer to carry my bag the majority of the time. But I’ve had some shoulder issues that prompted me to buy a pushcart. Just purchased my second Alphard E wheels. Both my husband and I bought them in 2018 and used them almost every day. During those years I had to replace the battery once. The staff at Alphard is great in helping diagnose and fix any issues. Finally, It was time to upgrade to the V2. I am 65 years old and our club champion. This allows me to walk with my clubs. First of all the caddie bundle was delivered in a timely manner and was extremely well protected. It was easy to put together for the first time as the instructions were very well written and easy to comprehend. I also purchased the cb sidekick and after a while getting used to how it works it truly became the real fun part of using the cart. Absolutely love my Club Booster V2 and Omni Cart. My home course is very hilly with challenging terrain and the cart never gives it a second thought. I had another company’s attempt at an electric cart that came with a few tip overs and clumsy controls. After using the V2, I’m mad I didn’t start with Alphard originally. It would have saved me a lot of headache. The controls are very responsive, easy to use, and the carts always under control. I love my cart and highly, highly recommend!!!

From the beginning, one of the axel clamps was very difficult to close. Once I was able to close the clamp and use the unit, something malfunctioned and a couple of the rubber pads became dislodged. I have not been able to replace the pads even after viewing the instructional videos. The Club Booster V2 seems to be working, but the Omni Cart is currently inoperable. On top of that, I now see that your price has been reduced less than a month after my purchase. Very, very disappointing. My golf buddies told me that I should have paid a little more for an MGI. They may be right.

This cart is very easy to use and does not tip over. I went from a bat caddy to this one and is so much simpler to use. Great purchase! The largest concerns I heard regarding these carts is battery life. I am able to complete a round of 18 holes with very little charge on the battery. The course does have some hills but not terrible. Battery life the one area that needs to be improved. My bat caddy could complete over 27 holes non-stop.

Worth every penny. I use a heavy staff bag and it operates and climbs just fine around half battery left after 18 holes. Course is about 7.8-8 miles for reference. Simple to use with clear precise assembly instructions.

I purchased my Club Booster V2 in 2021. I have tried other electric push carts and play with people that use different brands. V2 has a number of advantages. The expandable width of the wheels makes it very stable compared to Bat Caddy and MGI. I personally like the remote control versus “follow me” as I like to see the cart in front of me and it is easy to send around the greens.
A big advantage over other carts is that the V2 will automatically stop when the remote gets out of sight and loses connection. I have watched people chase down their carts that they did not stop or accidentally started. When I was using a bat caddy it happened to me and I cannot run very fast! The V2 also tracks very straight. It is powerful even on hills. The price is also great compared to full electric carts. Highly recommend the V2 wheels for people that like to walk.

So happy I bought the bundle. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Great back up from Alphard with questions. Had slight back spasms before using, pushing a cart around 3 times a week. Now walking with straight back, no pain! Read FAQ's first with any problems. My remote locked. Panic on the fairway. Attached the phone as back up and worked ok. User error!!!

I really enjoy my Alphard electric cart. The variable speeds allow me to get ahead or watch the cart go to my ball and then wait on me. The wheelie bars also provide great stability on extreme slope. No worry piece of equipment!

Very cool new toy. Really happy with it. Strong motor, tracks well, very stable. User friendly remote and walking fairways has become even more enjoyable. Two comments that keep it from getting 5 stars. When charging, the battery has to be set on a timer so it doesn’t get overcharged. I’d recommend Alphgard upgrading the charger itself with a shut off or buying a plug in timer switch so you don’t forget and damage a new battery. And.. set up and take down is a bit of a pita but getting quicker with time. Virtually all of the other eCarts fold up more gracefully and far more compact… but come at a steep price tag. All in all I’d recommend the V2 because once it’s on the course it does everything you ask it to.. At the price?? It can’t be beat. Good product.

The only thing that I had an issue with was the instructions for assembly. I struggled with the wheel stabilizers and how they go on the cart. The pictures were poor. I did find a video on the website that helped me figure it out.
