At Alphard Golf Australia, we stand by the quality of our products. This policy outlines our process for returns, whether you've had a change of mind or are experiencing an issue with a product.

This policy applies to items purchased from alphardgolf.com.au. For items purchased from other retailers (including amazon.com.au), please contact them directly for their return policy.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30-day "change of mind" return policy under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • New & Unused Items: You may return a new, unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Used Items: If you have used a product and wish to return it for a change of mind within 30 days of receiving your item, please contact us. A return may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a 15% fee to cover the diminished value of the used product.

2. Returns for Faulty Products

If a product you purchase from us is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy.

  • Assessment: We may need to assess your product to determine the nature of the issue.

  • Minor Faults: If the product has a minor fault, we will first attempt to repair it within a reasonable time. If it cannot be repaired, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.

  • Major Faults: If the product has a major fault, you have the right to choose between a full refund, a replacement of an identical item (or one of similar value), or to keep the item and receive compensation for the drop in value.

  • Return Shipping: We will cover all reasonable costs of return shipping for any item confirmed to have a fault.

3. How to Make a Return

  1. Contact Us: contact@alphardgolf.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. Please let us know if your return is for a "change of mind" or a "faulty product."

  2. Follow Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and clear instructions. For faulty items, we will arrange for return shipping at our cost.

4. Special Conditions

  • Holiday Returns: Any purchases made during Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotions can be returned until January 10th of the following year, under the same terms in this policy.

  • Sale Items: Items marked for final sale are not eligible for a "change of mind" return. However, this does not affect your rights under our "Returns for Faulty Products" policy.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
