Only used it once, but made the round more enjoyable. Easy maneuver with quick response from the controller. I have a click in the left wheel ,contacted customer support and have a replacement on it way. Great customer service.
Shaun S.
Purchased as Iiked the compact size for transport and not disappointed. Folding and unfolding is a little tricky as button to release front wheel and lock main frame in place are somewhat tempermental. Remote is great and buggy is very easy to control and really like the onboard storage. Battery life seems good.

Absolutely love my Cyber Cart. 2nd one that I bought and gifted my first one to my brother. So easy to use and quick to set up and fold away in once piece. Much more stable than my friends’ other brands.
Stephen P.
Really happy with my purchase. Well built and easy to operate! Long-lasting battery as well. Worth every dollar spent.
Anthony V.
It's like having a caddy and golf is now a nice walk .
John T.
I like the cart. Very sturdy. Set up went well. Would be nice to have some more detail regarding cart functions and assembly and adjustments.
George L.
Overall, it is a good cart. I have owned the Alphard version 1, the Motocaddy M7, and the cybercart. The M7 is the best of the three in performance, but it is much more expensive. The cybercart is second best in performance but only slightly behind the m7. I purchased the cybercart with Black Friday discount and paid a total including tax of $1,160. The only issue that stands out with cybercart is that the cart stops a lot. I’m not certain why. And when it stops without me commanding it, it takes several pushes of the button on the remote to get it to move again. This happens at least 10 times a round. If it did not have this problem then it would easily be the best cart of the above three.
Gregory P.
Have played with the CyberCart for 2 rounds now and love it! Very sleek design compared to other electric push carts. Battery life seems to be great and cart does very well on hills. Had an issue with the remote pairing when I first received the cart, but customer service was amazing and they sent me a new remote that worked perfect! Would highly recommend, 5 STARS
Ross A.
Upgraded from the V2 Pro and am so happy I did. The V2 Pro is great but I love how upright the Cybercart stands, making getting the clubs out much easier. Charging is so much easier too, only having to remove the sleek battery to charge rather than the entire wheel unit.
Leslie D.
I have used it twice. It was a bit distracting for the first few holes but once I got the hang of it I like it.
There is a learning curve. Why are left and right reversed if you are in front of the cart?
Marc G.
My old cart was an early model V1 that has worked for 7 years and still works. The new cart is like going from family car to a corvette. It’s much faster, highly maneuverable. Things I would change are minor. I would prefer a different method to secure bottom of bag. I liked the silicone cover for old remote.
Albert R.
I'm 67 and play 3 times a week. I've been using a push cart for several years and finally decided to purchase an electric one. I'm getting the exercise I want and my back doesn't hurt like it did when I pushed. Plus it carries my water bottle, sand bottle and a small lunch box.
I love it!
Jeff O.
Would love to share my experience with my new cart. But it winter in New England and I can’t wait to put my cart into action; I’m sure I will love it
Mike H.
bottom club strap is very hard to use.
should come with a second cup holder.
battery charging instructions are very important, hard to find.
plastic rack to hold top of golf bag blocks the umbrella holes on most carts...so where to put the umbrella???
Scott V.
I’m 61 years old I always walk I love my new Cybercart ❤️
John F.
I have used the Cybercart twice so far since purchasing it. The first for 9 holes and the second for 18 holes. The battery lost 3 green bars so I am not sure if it will last a full 36 holes. Other than that, the cart performed great and I will purchase another one for my wife as she liked it as well.
Lonnie C.
I had filled this out once before I figured out the "issue" I had was a operator issue with charging remote. I figured it out and have to say I really like this cart
Fredrick H.
Extremely impressive unit out of the box!! I have only used the system once but my first impression is extremely satisfying. I will certainly offer additional feedback on the unit after continuous use.
Paul P.
Can't use this time, because Minnesota is golf course is closed.
Chris R.
It’s quarky turning battery on, sometimes takes 2-3 tries.
The remote randomly shuts down
Larry S.
Easy to setup and take down. Runs very smooth.
Manuela V.
Great golf cart, easy to set-up and remote control works fine. Very responsive to control. Love it!
Scott M.
I have only used my cyber cart once, and it worked amazingly. Super easy to setup and operated.
Thomas G.
I love to walk and the cart has made it so much easier to play golf and walk. It’s like having your own caddy. No complaints whatsoever with Cybercart. Very easy to fold and unfold for use.
Martin M K.
Received as a Christmas gift. Replaced an old remote cart that was over 20 yrs old. This is night and day in comparison. Ease of use just testing out on the front lawn was simple and easy. We’re outta golf season right now in the northeast, however, can’t wait to get this on the course.
Guy D.
So far the cart has been great. I have played 2 rounds with it and will be playing alot more soon.
Wyatt S.
This has absolutely been the best golf cart that I've ever owned. Unfortunately, I was opening it up to play this week and grabbed it by the plastic piece that holds the top of the bag in place. I heard it crack and instantly knew that I messed up. I am sick about it. I do wish that Alphard would design a piece that wouldn't be so easy to break at that point. I give the cart an 8/10 rating, that would be a 10/10 if that was better.
Kevin G.
So far, I’m around 10 rounds in with my new cybercart and I love it. Absolutely no problems and it does wonderful on my hilly home course in western NC.
lawrence v.
Awesome. Such an improvement over the previous Alphard + Clicgear. Nice improvement on the remote, too.
William G.
Haven’t charged it yet but I like the feel of it.
Max R.
Cart is great, came quickly and works super well
John F.
Alphard Cybercart is excellent. While I wish it was lighter, it is sturdy technology that should last a long time! The control of the unit is great!
Mike V.
Couldn’t be better!! Even better than expected. So easy to fold and unfold. Made 36 holes the first two times out. Did just push on some down hill holes so might not truly make 36. My old V2 is officially retired. Lol. Remote does seem to just power off every once in while? Just hit power and right back on. No real issue. Love it!
Reggie Sr. R.
So far so good
Joseph Jim Y.
My brother has the older model and I have tried it. It made me decide to get one for myself. Since we don’t have golf here in the northeast due to winter, I am excited to use it for the coming golf season.
Jeremy L.
I love it! Easy to control and handles all terrains well.
Tim G.
Application: The Cyber Cart is changing my game for the better. I walk 95% of the rounds I play pushing a cart. My scores slowly increased this summer but as soon as I put my Cyber Cart in use, I immediately saw a reduction in my scores.
Benefits: The greatest benefit is that I am not tired after a round with my Cyber Cart in play. I played, for the first time in years, 2 days in a row. I am ready to go again today!
Issues: The only thing I have noticed after 5 rounds is that the remote shuts off from time-to-time. While not a big issue, a fix for this would be great.
James R K.
Haven’t had on course yet, will on Jan2
Kenneth M.
I really like the cart ! However I have great difficulty unfolding it !
George I.
First 9 holes and can't say enough about the CC!
Shun Kit W.
The trolley works fine, and it is very sturdy. However, it is very heavy compared to other electric trolleys in the market. One has to be very careful when getting it out of the trunk, or you could pull a muscle on your back.
Nathan Z.
Folds and unfolds easily and compact. The thing won’t fall over - tested it over challenging terrain and it stayed upright. Impressive. Everything is well thought out.
Brandon D.
Works great overall. The standout features for me are ease of use, solid battery life, and how easy it is to remove the battery for charging while leaving the cart in the trunk. Speed control is very good. I’ve found setting it around a 2 keeps the cart comfortably near me while walking. No tipping issues so far. My only real concern is that I wish it could stop on its own before running into things. On the nitpicky side, the cell phone holder feels a bit clunky, so I don’t use it, a magnet would be cleaner, though phones would probably get lost. That said, I do like the magnetic rangefinder holder a lot. I went back and forth on deep research on this and I’m glad I went this route.
Tommy C.
Den verkar jättebra men vi har vinter i Sverige nu så jag har inte använt vagnen ännu.
Wade R.
love it, build quality initially seems very good but it's early days. Even the phone holder is great quality and works perfectly. It is heavy tbh so moving it around collapsed is tricky and possibly it's biggest let down, not the end of the world though.
Things I'd like it to have.
a seal around the battery plug, looks like there is a grove to facilitate one.
A handle bar when it's collapsed so it can roll around like a carry on luggage on the small wheels
A small mud guard for the front wheel to keep the roo poo off the cart and bottom of bag
Things I like.
The quality construction
The bag strap
The ease of use
The phone holder
The remote and magnetic clip genius
Ease to collapse, i don't bother with the front wheel and feel it sits better on its wheels hardly takes up more space
The price
The fast shipping
The storage
It's made golf a lot more enjoyable I really like to walk and play but don't particularly like to push my cart so it's great now.
Easy to remove the battery
Michael C.
Definitely a solid electric caddie, it’s a bit wide compared to some of the others but I appreciate how it looks like a more regular push cart. It handled the full round with ease even when I accidentally tried to go over some curbs. Had the most leisurely round could go bush whacking for balls, and had time to sight putting and short game lines while having the caddie move itself out of the way was such a useful experience. My only qualms are the motors a emit a bit of a high pitch noise, but in general I’m super happy with it and excited for rounds to come
Brad C.
So I have used it 3 rounds and so far no real problems. It does seem to basically stop communicating once a round, not a big deal. Besides that no issues to date.
Carl K.
we bought 2 Cybercarts (his & hers). They fit perfectly in the back of my Model Y and a set of golf clubs. We love golfing together and walking together down the fairway.
Colleen M.
So easy to set up and break down. Very easy to navigate. I love that I can walk up to the green while my cart comes around to the side of the green. So many of my friends want to order the cybercart after seeing mine.
Michael M.
This cart is awesome
Linda S.
We love our Cyber Cart. It is easy for us to operate. Lots of nice features.
Jonathan D.
Great quality of life improvement over the v2 pro so far!
BILLY S.
I’ve seen the horror stories of the customer service experiences. I was scared to pull the trigger. I have a v1 and upgraded to v2. V2 was awesome. I left in the bed of my truck and screwed up one of the wheels. My fault 100%. I used it 5 days a week for 3 yrs playing 9 holes. Got all of my money outta it. Received the email for Black Friday sale and pulled trigger on CyberCart. Love it. Had for a few weeks. Only gripe is it a lil awkward to store. Won’t sit up in bed of truck w the trunk case (I have a bed cover). I bought a bin from Lowe’s for $10 place it in there. Works great.
Robert W.
Set up is super fast, played 18 holes and had about 80% battery remaining! Love it!
Pete C.
I purchased the cybercart after a golf buddy got one 6 months ago and I saw it in action. It has a wide stance to prevent tipping, handles going up hills without flipping and down hills without racing away, and handles side slopes easily. The gyroscope keeps cybercart on track and the bag straps keep everything secure as a unit. Cybercart addressed all my gripes about my previous cart in a very handsome package. I strongly recommend the cybercart for all golfers.
Tom W.
The cart is somewhat cumbersome and difficult to open up and get going. The remote and cart pairing is sometimes slow or non-working and re-pairing is necessary. The separate seat added on it very flimsy. I worry about bending the metal or breaking the seat.
Michael A.
The cart is working great and is very stable. I am very pleased with the overall performance.
Stephen A.
Took the cyber cart out for the first time a few days ago. I expected a bit of a learning curve but was super easy to get acclimated. Learning the best way to fold and unfold the cart. The videos are helpful there. I won't lie, it is heavy to pick up and get in and out of my Jeep Overall, look forward to the experience of playing and enjoying the walk!
Jim W.
Have used mine for several rounds now and it performs as good or better than the V1 or V2.
Tracks straight, even up or down hills and the built in wheelie bars help to keep it steady on extreme uphill treks.
The only negative is the weight. It is much heavier than either of my previous models. Not a deal breaker, but something to consider if you have back issues.
Jamie H.
I have only 2 complaints as the cart is mostly awesome. 1) there is no way to restart at same speed as you stop. 2) my carry bag hits the release for the front wheel which releases the wheel and flips the cart.
Asish B.
It’s too heavy, I’m contemplating returning the kit .
James M.
Heavy cart even without compact battery, at least 50 lbs sprained my back lifting it on to SUV trunk. Hard and awkward to unfold trying to stretch it far enough for clip to latch, but folding it is easier. Have to carry small battery pack to add charge to remote which doesn't last a full 18 hole round. Cart battery will go 36+ holes though. Stand golf bag fits well on cart and does not rotate like other e carts. Overall, happy with purchase especially with Black Friday discount.
Thomas O.
Cybercart is by far the best electric cart on the market today, and I have 3. Cybercart is stable in all environment and will not tip over unless put on impossible terrain. The dual motor system gives you exact pinpoint control, not like the schizophrenic maneuvering of Cybercart’s competitors. The only negative (if it be one) is that Cybercart is heavy, but that is offset by its stability. Great product. Great electric golf cart.
Karl K.
My Cybercart is my first experience with an electric pushcart, and I’ve played twice with it - 11 holes and 18 holes. The instructions are simple and clear. I had to try a couple of times to pair the remote, but that may have been my error. My course is hilly and the cart proved stable on both steep uphills and side hills. The range is good and it is quickly responsive to the remote. After 11 holes I still had 4 of 5 green lights and after 18 I had 3. My only somewhat negative comment is that it is a bit difficult to get the main frame to extend and lock in.
Dave A.
Its so great , makes the round so much easier. 3 of us in our foursome have them and we play everyday.
James M.
The Cybercart has been a joy to use. It is quiet, responsive and sturdy. My clubs are securely strapped in without shifting. Controls are intuitive. The battery provides plenty of power for 18 holes and beyond. It is very stable. The wheelbase is wider than competitive products and it has a high clearance for rolling over the occasional tree root or other obstruction. Clearly a lot of thought was put into the engineering of the cart. Good job Alphard!
Richard N.
Cart takes some time to learn to unfold a maneuver but after you get the hang of it, operation is simple. I do have some difficulty getting it to pair with the remote when it first starts up, hopefully this will improve over time.
The provided phone holder is terrible you have to constantly tighten the swivel nut or it falls off. I’ve removed it and replaced it with the holder on my old cart.
I do like the magnetic pads on the cart great to hold my range finder. Love to be back walking without push my trolley up hills.
Jeff D.
Ordered during Black Friday and received in 4 days.
Scott R.
Why did I ever wait so long to get this cart!! I have always loved to walk and now it’s even better. Controlling the cart is very easy with the remote, the cart is very responsive and can move pretty quick. Set-up and breakdown is also simple, the battery is easy to install/remove and last a long time. On top of this the customer service is great!
Roy R.
First electric cart and I am amazed! I still have fuel in the tank after #15.
Gerardo C.
Excellent product, it has helped me a lot. It’s easy to fold and unfold.
I recommend this product.
John S.
So far it’s the upgrade I wanted. I liked the last version V2, but this is all the upgrades that I’ve wanted.
Steve B.
So far so good. A couple of rounds and huge difference between pushing a cart and one which is remote. It is so much better. Still getting use to controlling but about there. Very happy with purchase.
ernie s.
This thing is awesome!!!! I played my first round with it recently and my buddy has an MGI Zip Navigator. The cybercart base is wider (my buddy actually has the cart flip on its side) and just significantly more storage.
I played a really hilly course and the battery had plenty of juice afterwards. I love the magnet on the side for my range finder.
Super easy to drive, never had any issues at all. Playing again this weekend and I can’t wait to get this thing back out there.
Oh yeah, it really folds down to a small footprint. It is slight larger than my old clicgear but not by too much.
I can’t recommend the Cybercart enough!!!
Jason T.
The Cybercart is a game changer! It completely elevates your golf experience. My friend and I describe it as life changing. No fatigue when walking on hilly courses! The cart lasts for multiple rounds and is built with great quality. Ease of use and setup make it nearly perfect. I can honestly say I don’t have one complaint about it.
Charles G.
I love my Cybercart. Golf season is almost over in the Northeast. I bought my cart late in the season using your deep discount and have used it 3 times before snow ended my season. I’m looking forward to a great season next year of casually walking while my clubs travel beside me. A great product!
Keep up the great work
Luke A.
Works as advertised, takes a very short time to master the remote. My course has lots of hills and some steep areas near greens, never an issue.
Kenneth A.
So far so good. Walked 36 holes on a full charge and got 2 lights out of 5 still on. Very stable, no turnovers yet.
cooper r.
Works great. Very responsive. Only drawback is the size of cart when folded for storage
Dave s.
What a terrific cart, easy to operate, very responsive and fits both cart bags and walking bags. Folds tightly and battery do compact, my friends can’t believe it.
Aaron F.
Great cart and worked well all around. Had to reconnect 2 times during the round, but was not inhibiting play. Did not make me a better golfer… yet
Rick B.
I’ve only played 1 round since I got the cybercart but it was just as advertised. I play a very hilly course and I didn’t have any problems. The cart climbed the hills without any issues and didn’t come close to tipping over.
Kevin P.
The cyber art was everything I expected it to be. My first self propelled cart.
Anthony K.
Great piece of kit. I was so relaxed at the end of my round.
Jack B.
Great balance and center of gravity. Tracking is excellent.
Laurence P.
Love the new design for better access to my clubs and easier transport. Well done!
Warren M.
I purchased my cart for $1,495., 10 days later they lowered the price to $1,097. and wouldn't give me a return of any payment amount! Bad way to do business. Any other business I have dealt with would have matched the price. If I still had the shipping box, I would have returned it and bought from a different company!
Ian W.
Cannot wait for the summer as this will change my life
Michael B.
Received the cyber cart very quick postage,
Charged the battery overnight as recommended, I’ve used it twice now, could not be happier,
Dan M.
I have used a V2Pro on my clicGear cart the last two years and loved how it worked for me walking 18 at least 3 times per week. When Alphard came up with an upgrade offer, I decided to take the plunge and trade in my V2 Pro for the Cybercart. I have only used it a couple of times before the weather got bad and love the improved maneuverability it offers over my old V2Pro set up. Dealing with Alphard has been a pleasure and the trade in refund was handled quickly and easily. Great job, Alphard. Thanks for the additional items included with my new Cybercart.
Robert L.
After unpacking and charging battery and remote, first time I went to use it the battery would not set in. after looking at everything, one of the pins was laid over by the battery. I was able to straighten the pin and finally get battery installed and unit is now operable, but I have to leave battery in now at all times when charging for fear that it will mash the pin again.
Michael O.
Do not buy. My cart came with the wheels cambered out and the cart has to work twice as hard to go forward. I burn through a set of wheels every 4 months.
I told Alphard and even sent them videos of how out of line it was and all they did was send a new set of wheels that I have already burned through. Problem has never been fixed.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Zak T.
I’d like to start with “wow”. While I gave it 4 stars, there is no regret with my purchase. I will try to get into the reason for my rating below.
A little about me.. I am coming from a Motocaddy M1 DHC so I’ve had an electric cart for a while, but no remote feature. I am on pace to post around 150 rounds this year with more than half of them walking. I wanted to wait until I put 10 rounds on the Cybercart before giving any reviews in case someone is on the fence.
First impressions, it is large and heavy. It stands tall compared to my M1. The weight, width, and height add to the positives. It holds my C130 cart bag perfectly and adds a more upright angle to easily access clubs. Even with the added size to other carts on the market, it folds down very compact and it’s easy to get in and out. The unboxing and set up took about 10 minutes and then you need to let the battery charge for five hours before using.
Useage, this is my first experience with a remote cart and I have grown out of the “playing” phase. I feel like this thing has some speed and will turn on a dime. I am able to load this thing up with anything I would want in a traditional cart and it doesn’t seem to phase it. My course is kinda hilly here in the Carolinas and I seem to rarely hit the wheelie bars. It is also quiet.
Cons, the reason for my lack of five stars comes from two things. Range, while it is more than enough, I saw reviews saying that the cart would run ahead of them 40 to 50 yards, but mine stops after about 20. Battery life, this is the largest complaint/concern I have. I have followed every instruction about charging and storing the battery, but after almost every round I have one bar or less remaining (there are 5). I wouldn’t try to go more than 20 holes let alone the 36 they advertise. There is a little bit of battery anxiety whenever I’ve got two bars left and a few holes to go.
Things not taken into my score. Every interaction that I’ve had with support has felt like an AI bot. I originally reached out about upcoming Black Friday sales and price drop guarantee since I was buying a few weeks before. I got a laundry list of replies, as if I had searched on Google. Similar thing whenever I reached out about a question with the remote. I don’t feel like I’ve talked to a human yet.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this purchase and would recommend it as well. As for the future, I hope the battery life doesn’t depreciate where I can’t get a full round in. Also, I do have concerns about the wheels since that is where the motors are. I could see where repeated use on cart paths will wear the wheels out and then I’m not sure how easy they are to replace. They appear to be a foam or plastic.
Todd G.
I'm very happy with the cyber cart as an upgrade from my VR2 cart. I've only gotten to use it a couple of times but it has worked flawlessly when I have used it.
I really like the battery set up and how small and tightly the system folds up too.
If there was any negative it would be how heavy the cart is when folded up to lift to the truck, its certainly doable for me however I could se where it may be difficult for an older lady golfer.
Toni E.
The cyber cart has been a great addition to my golf round, definitely makes walking more enjoyable compared to pushing my normal cart. Everything has worked flawlessly so far. If I had any complaints it would be that the cup holder is terrible. I feel like half the world carries either a yeti or Stanley Cup would be great if they made a cup holder that could handle a normal “cup”.
Beau B.
This is the most stable trolley I have used.
Love this product and recommend it highly.
Ben L.
I have had a V1 with a Chicgear 3.5.
I have had A V2 with a Chicgear 4.0!
Loved Both compared to a Kangaroo! Or other options!
Only complaint within those is they ate up a Bunch of Trunk Space (and I drive an SUV!)
I bought the first Cybercart my course inventoried!
I Love It!
To look at Numerous 5 Star reviews and then see a Few negative reviews with Cybercarts that have obviously been Abused is Sad! Shame on You!
My cart has been used Twice a week (or more) for a More than a Year and I have not experienced any of the problems mentioned in the “Negative Nelly” Reviews!
The Bag Bracket did cause wear marks on my bag!
So I simply place a folded towel between it and My Bag!
Ben
