The rubber pad holds the cart, and V2 tightens,so I like it
Dave M.
Cheap solution that solved my problem completely. I expect these pads need to be changed nearly annually depending on how much use the buggy gets. But at the price, who cares?
Naib G.
Pads on my one wheel came off last week after one year of use. Typically play once a week. I took the pads and duck taped them to Unit arm. Clamp is little hard to close but working so far. Ordered new pads as well, did not realize so many people have this problem.
Andrea C.
Very happy was exactly what we needed

I bought them as spares when they are in stock now to avoid having to buy the whole clamp units because none were in stock. Like a year ago

A bit slow with shipping but all good
David B.
Fast delivery. Very well priced.
Gayle S.
I have to say, the service has been fantastic with everything I have bought from alphard. The staff have gone above and beyond with helping me out . A big thank you. My alphard is running along very nicely, up the hills and along the flat it is tackling the different golf courses very well as I play the competition.

Good service. Quick delivery.

When the original rubber pad had worn out, the drive shaft would spin free. This would stop the cart from propelling forward. I went to there web site and ordered the new pads and installed. Works like new. Pads were easy to install and expensive to purchase. Bought an extra pair to have on hand. Received them quickly through the mail.
bob b.
Very easy install. Just use a little soap and water on the alignment legs and pull them through the holes with needle nose pliers. You can feel them lock in place.
John Y.
I like it
Cynthia J.
I had to replace all 4 rubber pads. The new ones didn't even last 36 holes. I installed them as per instructions, but they didn't hold. Very disappointing.
Guy K.
they actually where a little tougher to put in than I expected. The part that goes in the hole is not stiff enough to just push in. Tweezers or small needle nose pliers needed to pull through hole
Ron K.
Very easy to remove broken pieces and to stall replacements.
Yung L.
Very easy to replace.
Thomas G.
Excellent service

These little pad are a god sent!
David B.
These wear out way too fast. The clamp design on your carts needs re-engineered.
Hans R.
Nice to know that replacement parts are so easily available. Would be helpful to have some replacement directions with the parts. That being said the job only took less than 15 mins.
Eric T.
Shipping was great. I had some difficulty putting them on but work well
Carlos G.
This is the second time i needed to replace the pads. first time some of the stems broke off and didn't sit well on the clamps. This time i took a drill bit and expanded the holes just a fraction wider and that worked great, i was able to install the pads in less than five minutes.
Robert P.
I needed replacement pads for my brackets. These shipped and arrived in a couple of days. Easy to install and the cart is working great with the new pads - no slipping and tracking perfectly straight. Great customer service on the order, too.
Donald A.
The part I ordered came very quickly and is exactly what I needed.
David W.
Quick delivery. Easy installation. Great replacement part. Very good customer service.
Steve C.
I struggled when pulling the rubber pad tips into position. I added dish soap and they popped into place! My cart now clamps solid onto my Alphard unit!
Dennis P.
Very responsive and quick delivery.
Mike S.
Like the V2 but after just 6 months, the pads were destroyed by having screws protruding on the axle. Tried some set screws but unable to match existing threads. Will inquire with the distributor if better solution.

very helpful and fast delivery

These will wear out if you separate axle from clamps. Adhesive rubber won't work as a replacement. Buy and keep a couple of sets of these rubber components on hand.
Stuart W.
I appreciate all your great support. Installation was straight forward and easy
Michael N.
The pads work great-must order 4 to do the 2 clamps-fairly easy to install and they addressed the motor spinning in the clamps-you might need to ream the holes a little to get the rubber nipples in- they are pretty substantial BUT you need some force to pull the nipples through so the little ball comes through so you will need a needle nose and/or lineman’s pliers to get them through and seat the pad.
John K. K.
Part was installed and it did the trick
Enrique M.
they sent the item but there are no instructions how to insert them. There is also no way to get information about them on the web site
very disappointing
Rick W.
Excellent work

I use my golf cart virtually seven days a week all year. After over 2 1/2 years of daily wear it is good to be able to replace items that reasonably wear out after that amount of use.
The pads replace the originals and do exactly as designed.
Jeffery B.
The replacement rubber pads do not seem as durable as the originals. I also had to adjust the clamps to make them quite a bit tighter so the axle would not spin in the clamps (which of course made the pads wear even more). I think it would be helpful to include some instructions with the replacement pads that owners need to make sure the clamps are adjusted so they are tight enough to prevent premature wear and spinning.
Megumi O.
Items were all loose in envelop
As I opened edge of envelop
By cutting, it took off a piece off item. It would be better if 4 pieces were together and somehow it not stuck at edge of envelop.
Also, design of V2 cause 2 screws to cut these rubber after some uses. You must be aware of this but it would be better to place two screw somewhere other than inside of rubber so it does not grab by these rubber pieces.
This is not related thus pieces. V2 continue to cause sudden stops. About two of three times per round. I am anxiously waiting for solution
Thanks
Paul E.
Great!
Dennis D.
Great so far, made everything tighter , no twisting in axel
Robert P.
The original pads that came with the cart are holding up just fine. I adjusted the screws so I have moderate pressure on the clamps. There is no torque on the axels when the cart moves, so the pads are fine. I may never need the pads I ordered but it's nice to have them just in case.
Carl R.
Just perfect, this conversion rocks!
Corrine G.
I just bought these to have as back up. I have not used them yet.
Will S.
Installed be pads in about 10 minutes. No problems.
Shawn P.
Replace my worn our rubbers and the new ones are working as expected. My unit no longer has the loose turn on the motor when starting and stopping and the wear on my bracket seems much better too. Three rounds in with the update so fare due to this terrible spring weather in the mid-west.
Marvin N.
Haven’t had a need for these and had my wheels well over a year and I play everyday, I purchased as a preventative maintenance.
James K.
New pads help the clamping significantly
Dennis P.
GREAT SERVICE!!
Brandt M.
well done.
Daniel W.
Pads work perfectly. There were no instructions except from other reviewers. Very good customer service!
daniel b.
Great got the part quick and easy
Harlan S.
Easy to remove the old pads and easy to install. Now the wheels are working great
Willis S Y.
The e-wheel was slipping and sliding since the rubber sleeves fastened to the brackets no longer held fast to the axle. The moment i installed the rubber sleeves, everything worked fine. The problem causing the slipping axle is the screw heads jutting out from the axle which then grind into the rubber sleeves causing the excessive wear. Somehow if the screw heads could have been recessed into the axle, then the problem would disappear. I have the E-1 model so perhaps the current model has remedied this problem. Another thing, I should have ordered 4 more sleeves because this will happen again due to the design flaw.
David R.
Similar to other Alphard golf parts experiences, I have had to figure this out on my own. No instructions on the best way to replace these pads. I figured it out but wouldn’t it be nice to have a written guideline
Joon K.
It was very simple to replace the rubber pads.
Long nose pliers needed
Gale O.
Need instructions on how to assemble. Must be a trick to install the rubber pads.
Stan J.
Easy to install. Noticeably thicker than the original pads.
Robert W.
Motor stated slipping, New rubber pads did the trick. Back rolling down the fairway!
James Y.
extra part I needn't need.
Kevin H.
I ordered both a set of replacement rubber pads and aluminum washers and all arrived within just a couple days. It was very easy to replace both pads and washers and my V2 no longer turns on its axle as it had when the plastic washers and rubber pads had worn out. Thank you Alex!
Carl S.
Love the Alphard cart with the upgraded smart board. This review is for the pads which unfortunately, is the weakest part of the design. I give the overall 5 stars, but the weak point is how the Alphard wheels attach to the cart via these pads. No matter how tightly clamped, there is movement against the pads which then wear out. Most recently I was midway through a round when the drive unit spun at every start. No fun having to push again half way though the round. Need some sort of drive pin to keep it from moving.
Marc R.
Easy to install - you will need needle-nose pliers. Don't be afraid to pull on the extrusions.
Paul C.
Rubber pads work. Thanks
James P.
I use a lot of these rubber pads. I have to change out about every three months. The round headed screws tear into the pads and cause the entire wheel motor unit to spin around and fail. Maybe if the screws were flat, the pads might last longer. I am now using adhesive tape to cover the screws so the don't dig into the pad.
Mark R.
Delivery was quick, product was easy to install.
Dennis T.
I received the Ewheels Club Booster V2 for Christmas 2020 and have put over 100 rounds on it for far. The rubber pads needed replacing and I was able to order them on-line with no issues. The only problem was the post office lost them for a week but finally delivered them this week and I put them on. The folks at Alphard worked with me to find the package and kept checking with me to ensure I received them.
David G.
Easy to replace the rubber pads on the brackets. Unit works just great again
Joe O.
I love that you can buy simple replacement parts to "tune up" your mechanisms, the "axel" started spinning when closed and upon further inspection I realized the rubber pads had worn out. It works perfectly after the repair. Thanks Guys!!
John W.
The pads wear with general use and having the option to replace them is 5 stars from me.
Perry S.
These parts were ordered as just in case replacements. The wet weather causes a lot of slippage on the axles and if the pads start to get too worn I will put the new ones to use. I have 3 people that I play golf with using the same wheels and carts so I am in good shape to keep us all playing. Thanks for making a wonderful product.
Marc C.
Unfortunately, I don’t received rubber pad because apartment was missing on the adress
Marc G.
The Allard golf experience makes walking a round of golf a much more pleasurable experience. Your staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. Thanks
Larry P.
Great response and quick fulfilment.
Joseph L.
So far they are working.
Charles L.
By replacing the pads the V2 stopped turning in the clamps. The V2 is now tight and working perfect. Very happy with the V2. Great product
David K.
Ordered these out of abundance of caution having heard that failure may be imminent with high use. Inexpensive insurance.
Harry S.
Love my v2 but I’m concerned with the remote situation. After I misplaced my first remote, the replacement failed slowly within 6 weeks. Even yesterday finding and using the first remote, there were times when the remote failed to work all the time. I had to pause press a command or two, then finally the v2 was moving again. For the future, I can’t trust my remote to keep working properly.
Would love here there’s a fix, thank you.
Harry Stone

Easy to install.
Alex B.
After putting over 200 rounds on my V2, the rubber pads on the bracket would no longer grip the axel. I order replacement rubber pads which arrived quickly. It only took a few minutes and a pair of needle nose pliers to install the new pads. I Love my V2 and golf has never been better!
Peter Y.
Best cart battery on the market. Great product and quality service. Highly recommended.
Ronald P.
The rubber pads for the brackets came really quickly. I only wish the round head screws on the axle would be replaced with flat head screws. This would greatly increase the life of the rubber pads. I love Alphard.
Lynne D B.
New part installed and ready to play. Thanks for the easy ordering via your website.
Charles F.
Have not replaced original ones yet. They have channels cut into the rubber from wear and the axil twisting on the exposed screw head but, does not seem to affect secureness when using the newer aluminum washers so, I keep on for a while and replace when needed. Order while in stock and save for later.
Troy W.
These pads are very easy to install. I'm on my second set which lasts for over a year using the cart about 3 to 4 times a week
Price for replacements are very low, about $8 for all four pads.
Phil C.
Easy to replace the damaged rubber pads. Key is using a pointy plier
Patrick K.
Five minute job to replace the old pads. New pads are nice and tight and the axle no longer twists.
Norman W.
I bought a set as backup as my original backer V2 started to get some wear. I have since bought a second V2, so want to have them laying around just incase!
Kirby P.
I had deteriorated rubber pads on my V2 axle clamp. Alex explained that they do wear out after a while and need to be replaced. However, he noted that mine had worn out somewhat prematurely so he send me a new set free of charge.
Very courteous and efficient service. I’ll very pleased with the help from Alphard staff when I’ve had a question or a problem.
John Paul B.
I installed the rubber pads to replace my worn out rubber pads on my eWheels V2 (motherboard upgrade) to fix the constant slipping of the axles through the clamps of my Clickgear 3.5+ push cart.
There were no instructions so I had some initial difficulty installing it. The 4 rubber spikes on each pad had to be threaded through the 4 holes in each clamp. I found that coating liquid soap on the rubber spikes was very effective in threading it through the hole clamps. I also used needle nose pliers to pull the rubber spikes through.
I haven't used my eWheels yet with the new rubber clamps but I'll provide an updated review once I use it on the course.
Walt G.
After replacing the old pads cart worked great.
Jay S.
Not sure if I am doing something wrong as these seem to be difficult to get "inserted" into the holes as they won't go all the way "in"
Jason W.
Easy to replace and good as new. One piece of advice is to take the bracket completely off, spray some window cleaner on the piece and use needle nose pliers to pull each through.
Darrin M.
Pads were easy to install and fit perfectly.
Cynthia A.
Ordered these pads to replace all of the ones on my cart. They were perfect but I will say a challenge to put on! Once you get a few on, you figure out how to do it. Cart attaches much better now!
Vern S.
Easy to order and install. Alphard cart is a great product.
duke s.
Easy to replace the damaged rubber pad. The new pad works just wonderful.
Thanks.
Ric P.
Great customer service
Gary D.
The old rubber pads worn out in about a year.
The new ones now lock the V2 E-wheel tight
thank you
Charles S.
After painstakingly putting the pads on the fill off and I had to order new clamps instead. The clamps seem to wear out and don’t hold.
