I have had my V1 for about 6 years. The battery lasted probably 600-700 rounds. The instructions were very clear how to change the battery, except one of the Allen screws was already stripped when I tried to remove it. My son was able to remove and I bought 3 Philip head screws to replace the allen’s. It was a little tricky sliding off the side panel and wheel, but I prevailed. Hopefully I will get another 700 rounds out of this battery. I love the booster wheels and highly recommend.

Forced to replace the original V1 Battery as its performance had diminished to 17.5 holes - and the 18th fairway on my course is uphill all the way!! Very easy to replace (<15mins) and now have a new lease of life.

My booster was not working and the new battery solved the problem. Easy to install.

Second battery charged and works good but not as strong as my original battery was.

Purchased my V1 in fall of 2018 and by spring of 2022 the battery would not finish a round at the hilliest course I play (which is quite hilly and long). It would finish a round on more level courses. In the past I could get 27 holes on a flat course. The replacement battery, although no faster than the original, does have residual power at the end of a round. Jealous of my V2 partners. Waiting for the V3 until I replace the whole system.

Battery was easy to change and has worked great!

installation was easy but re-connecting axle and hub was a bit difficult. on scale of 1-10 maybe a 5.

Contains 24 18650 batteries. Price 'em out individually. . .it's a fair deal. Instantly made me more handsome. 5 Star.

The new battery brought the motor back to life after 3 years. The instructions to replace the batter are very good and the job took about 10 minutes. If your cart is more than a couple of years old this is a good investment.

When I first tried to order the V1 battery it was out of stock. After making one inquiry about that, additional batteries were made available to order. Great customer service.

Recently ordered and changed the battery for e wheel. This comment is for e wheel not V2. PROs: The battery change is very easy as the video shows. Ordering was done through the website and delivery was fast. Simple design and was cost effective if you already own a acceptable golf pull cart. Easy and light to carry. Neutral: Remote control has a metal part for sticking to the magnet on the cart. It came off within a few use. Customer service was called for a replacement. Initially, the customer service person told me to glue it. After much haggling, he finally send me a unit to replace it. It had a same problem but after getting a second one, I just bought super glue and glued it. The metal part was replaced with much thicker and harder steel. It sticks better and it does not come off anymore. CONs: The battery lasted only for two years. All other similar products battery lasts more than 4 years so far. The website does not explain if this battery is for E wheel. No mention of E wheel but V1 means older version of V2? V1 works fine for e wheel. Clamp assembly had rubber pads and rubber washers that worn out within 6 months. There are replacement parts but unscrewing and replacing them is not an easy task, beside the cost of buying the replacement parts.

Received Battery....Just in time for Golf Season. Iv'e had my wheels for over 3.75 years. Still going strong.

After 3 years of heavy use of my V1 - stopped working. The customer service has been outstanding helping me diagnose my problem and determining it was a battery issue. Bought a new one and I am good to go again! Thanks Team Alphard

So far love it, it was easy to remove the old battery installed the new one now able to finish 18 holes of golf. The old battery shut down when there is two LED still on.

Replacement battery got 17 holes on v2 that is a converted v1. The old battery got 17 holes also. Sent back the replacement and I’m afraid to get another replacement. Not sure what to do.

This is a great product - I originally bought the V1 and after a couple of years changed the panel to a V2. It made such a difference - V2 is faster and is a perfect way to walk a golf course. I spoke with the support staff and was impressed by their accessibility and their help - I had re-attached the power outlet after the staff at my club had hooked and damaged it. When I made the repair, my wrench caused a few sparks which worried me. The support people were very helpful, taking the time to troubleshoot with me as my ewheel would stop on its own after 14 holes. It turns out that I needed to replace the battery. This was in the fourth year (I play around 200 rounds/year). The new battery is in and everything is running fine now. Thanks for the great service.

Put a replacement battery in my V1. I'm getting thru 18 holes but there is only 2 lights showing . That's OK because I usually only play 18 a day. Was easy to install.

The V1 is great . There's just one problem . It would work much better if i can ever get a new battery . It's just an expensive paper weight

I have walked three rounds a week with my eWheels, and never had a problem with the charge lasting a full round or more. It is wonderful to walk down the middle of the fairway and guide my clubs to my ball. This allows me to prepare for my next shot, and to be ready to hit when it is my turn. My eWheels has speeded up play for both me and my entire foresome. Thanks for a great product.

I've had this v1 since 4/5/2020 and have had to replace my original (under warranty). The replacement is now failing on the course after 15 holes. The help desk will not tell me if the replacement battery is under warranty. The price of the battery has gone up from $99 to $150. The other problem is that the batteries are out of stock. Not very happy with my unit. If I cant depend on it, then I dont want it. Let the buyer beware.

Battery, and Sun Mountain Speed Cart mounting brackets both arrived together. All was good, installed battery in short order then plugged in to charge up for a round of golf the next day. Then got to work on the brackets, which were easily installed. The bigger task was getting the brake cable disconnected, wow, much harder than I expected. Task was accomplished and all is great. Thank you for the very prompt delivery of product.

I've had the V1 for 26 months. The battery is not holding a charge for 18 holes. There are no batteries in stock. They say batteries are on order but won't let me place an order for one. They say keep checking the website. What happens if I miss out on this shipment? If they don't know how many batteries are needed how do they know how many to order. On top of that they raised the price to $150. Great way to treat your customers

Battery change very good I like very alphard

I installed the new battery at the same time I upgraded to a V-2 motherboard. The battery as delivered had a 40% (2 lights) charge and would not accept any further charging. I left it on for more than an hour. So then I used it to play a round and made it through 10 holes before it died. Pushed it the remainder of the round. When I charged it for 3 hours (normal for the old battery), sucess (5 lights) and no problems since. Not sure why this happened or if it can be duplicated, but was a bit concerned. One last thought. The faceplate is made weather proof by having a bead of grease around the entire plate. I renewed this with vaseline when I changed the faceplate for the V-2 upgrade. You should mention this in your install video, or better yet, put in a grove that would accept an o-ring to make the seal water tight.

So far so good, I'm able to make 18 holes, but haven't tried anything longer.

Sad that the battery won't allow me to play more than 14 holes now that it's off warranty

I was sad to see that the battery price increased from $100 to $150 over the last 3 years. That said, my cart is running like new. I am setting a timer for 2 hours when I plug it in so I don’t accidentally leave it plugged in to long hoping this one will last longer. I do use it just about every day.

This was a replacement battery. My old one was 18mo old when it would not hold a charge for a full 18 holes.

Again. Shouldn’t have to replace a battery so quick in ownership. Disappointed
