Fast and efficient service. Used to replace a broken part. I would still consider a design change on the tipper bars as they become loose with use. ps contacting the UK proved impossible but contacting the German number was excellent.

I found the install instructions a bit difficult to understand, so I watched the YouTube videos as I installed the upgrade kit, this made it easier.
I’ve played a few rounds since I installed the new arms, I found the trolly creaks, not really loud but noticeable to me.
There is a big improvement in ease if use, and time in setting the trolly up. Overall very worthwhile improvement.

The product is great works really well good improvement, however the instructions to do the install are poor a part of the assembly process was completely missing and the order of assembly wasn't quite correct.
But as I said it's a great improvement as far as the product is concerned thank you.

Works well , should Have Had IT from the Start.The Rubbers were terrible,as I Play ON a hilly course the Rubbers wore Out quickly and as well AS new clamps Had to buy the Rubbers as well.
