Bought the alphard battery for my clickgear golf trolley but the brackets didn't attach properly and they were always coming loose. I put rubber under them but this was only a temporary fix. When my new alphard brackets arrived they were quite hard to attach but when they did it was amazing and at the moment I don't have to put rubber etc underneath them. I just hope they keep working as they're brilliant

ALPHARD v2 ewheels since i got it made golf so much easier on the swing , The freedom of hands-free like a personal caddy. It's quick on turns, especially with front swivel wheels, Stop on a dime, If it veers off on a side slope or hill, it will correct itself to go back to a straight path. Its wide base wheels and wheelie bars definitely work like charm ..no worries. I've seen other e- carts out in the course with 1 wheelie bar and I can say they are easy to tip backward. lOVE MY V2 EWHEELS!!!!

The Alphard Club Booster V2 works exactly as advertised and has made a huge difference for me as someone who prefers to walk when I play golf. I underestimated how well it would work and the impact it would make as I'm not as tired when I use it. There’s a design flaw with the brackets for clicgear Inconsistent pressure wearing the rubber rings/grips. Makes high pitched sound for awhile before it breaks down. 2nd set of brackets since Xmas

I decided I wanted a new cart with a swivel front wheel. The brackets I original ordered did not fit the new cart and I ordered new brackets. They fit perfectly and I am now able to use my new cart with my Alphard V2 Club Caddy.

We purchased the Alphard V2 it a PGA Superstore 6 hours from our residence. The box indicates that the unit will fit the cart we have (Clicgear 8.0). However, the brackets were not the right ones. There is a little sticker on the box (barely visible) that says the brackets are for the Sun Mountain cart. The store did not advise of this whenever we purchased the unit - I do not think they knew either as the box clearly states it will work with all the different types of carts. When we contacted Alphard about the situation, they said we needed to return the entire unit to where we purchased it (not convenient as I indicated earlier it is 6 hours away) and then could reorder the unit with correct brackets... The other option was to purchase the correct brackets directly from Alphard - which we did. These work fine but when we asked them to take the wrong ones back for trade/credit they said they could not do that... They should do a better job of labeling their merchandise before distributing and we are disappointed that we had to purchase different brackets with no compensation...

I bought a new push cart. So I had to buy new brackets to fit the new cart. Everything worked great! The new cart I bought is a 3 wheel cart where the front wheel articulates. It's much easier for the ewheels to maneuver a front 3 wheel articulating cart. It takes less battery power. It all works awesome together!

Old clamps wore out from years of use. Ordered new brackets and they were easy to change out, so now my e-wheels are like new. New brackets have ability to change out only clamps or even only rubber pads, which will save me money in the future. Way-to-go, Alphard.

At first I tried to clamp the brackets onto the Booster V2 and they were too tight, and I couldn't do it. Later I noticed there was an adjustment screw on the clamp. I adjustment the screw and then it would clamp. You should include instructions on adjusting the screw.

swapped from the rigged wheel Clicgear to the Rovic for ease of turning. But now it pulls to the right and I have to constantly correct it! Any chance you can adjust it to track straight , can't seem to find anything.

I didn’t know when I ordered a second set of brackets for my second click gear cart that the brackets do not come with the wheely bar tubes but I called the service department and Ben took care of the problem and I had them in 2 days. Great customer service by Ben.

Although I was happy to find a replacement part and was fairly easy to install, I was disappointed I had to replace the bracket less than a year from being new.

So let me start off and say, I have a been using a V2 unit for awhile now and quite happy with it, but I bought a new trolley and had to order new brackets, as my existing ones wont work on the different brand cart. I am giving these 2 stars, as they come without the brackets, for the wheelie bars! I am going to have to remove the ones from the other brackets and install them on my new ones. Nothing in the description, says it does not include them and Alphard should disclose that. If they come with the unit, having the wheelie bar brackets, they should come with replacement brackets as well.

If I order another set of brackets will I get them with the aluminum insert instead of the rubber inserts? My rubber inserts wore out and the Ewheels started free turning and I had to break the cart down and place it on the electric cart I rented during a round. It ruined my back nine experience. How long do the aluminum inserts last in the brackets?

The new brackets were just what I needed and were easy to install on my CaddyTek 360 cart, however I was disappointed that these new brackets were equipped with the old-style rubber washers that have been replaced with the improved, aluminum ones.

I originally had the Clicgear 2.0 and it did the job but I wanted more maneuverability. I picked up the CaddyTek Swivel and ordered the brackets. Shipping was quick 3 days to California. I was able to transfer over the wheelie bars from the Clicgear bracket. Now, this thing flies down the fairway and I have better battery life now because the eWheels isn't forcing itself to turn against a fixed wheel. Took maybe 30 minutes to transfer over everything.
